Regardless of the building size or how many levels, we have the experience and equipment to complete any project.
It has been a growing trend over the past couple years or so to just render the front of your home (or commercial building).
Some older render jobs may be requiring minor repairs or even more recent jobs that had suffered impact damage and cracked or chipped.
The actual render process is virtually the same for painted bricks as it is for ‘raw’ bricks. However, it is absolutely imperative that a meticulous job is done.
Once your rendering project is completed, you will need to have it painted. You could call in professional painters or make it a DIY project.
Whatever you require, regardless of size or height, Gold Coast Renderers are without doubt, the best team you could get.
We work with all types of render from trucking in sand and cement for large jobs to using professional scientifically tested pre-mix bags produced by Australian companies such as Dulux and RokCote.
Most common render styles we work with are;
Brickwork: Two coat render onto existing brick homes
Painted brick: paint ‘scuff’ preparation followed by two coat system requiring 1st coat additives to ensure adhesion to paint
Green board: Acrylic render with fibreglass embedded mesh, finished with an acrylic texture
Blue board: Joint all edges with corners, patch joins with mesh tap, apply two coats of render
Hebel Blocks: Seal wall with Dulux Acrabond, followed by two coats of acrylic render
New render Painting: One undercoat of sealer followed by two top coats of the paint of your choice
